Не знаю как про паскомы, но реально СНПЧ позволяет экономить раз в 30 на картриджах. А принтерами сейчас пользуются все. Если вы используете лазерные принтеры - это не для вас - не тратьте зря время на изучение способов экономии при струйной печати. А те у кого есть струйные принтеры - будет полезен сайт и форум www.resetters.com снпч - ЭТО классная штука. Не знаю как про паскомы,
